Welcome to VIMS.
Micron has become aware some stakeholders may not be able to access VIMS portal from Micron.com after the upgrade of login process for Micron.com.
If you are previously a single user (not using a group common account email) [You may wish to copy these instructions]:
- Please sign out of your Micron.com account
- On Micron.com main page, in the upper-right corner, click your username, then click "Sign Out"
- Clear cookies and clear browser cache history
- Close all browser windows and completely exit out of your browser
- Re-open browser and log into Micron.com
- Click on your username (uppper-right), click Micron Dashboard, then scroll to My Site, then click the VIMS link
- If issue still exists, please send error screenshots via email to VIMS_SUPPORT@micron.com
If you are a previously using a group common account email (i.e a few individuals sharing the same common login):
- Please note that due to security issue, this group common account sharing is disabled.
- Please apply for individual access by creating a new Micron.com account using your personalized company domain account.
- Go to Micron.com and, in the upper-right corner, click Register.
- Send an email to VIMS_SUPPORT@micron.com asking to be added into Micron.com and VIMS portal usage
- When you receive a confirmation email, please try using the process mentioned in first set of above steps.
VIMS Info
VIMS is available only for authorized Vendors/Suppliers.
Both an SSO (Single Sign-On) account and further authorization from Micron staff is required to access VIMS.
If you have not established an SSO account. please consult this webpage: Micron.com | SSO Support .
If you have an SSO account and you have arrived here, it may be that you might not be logged in.
Please verify that you are logged in to your SSO accountby visiting the Micron.com main page and view your login status in the upper-right corner. If needed, log in to your SSO account and then return to VIMS.
