A1:Kindly use the Register button at upper right corner to submit your registration,choose the correct contact windows and final approval status will be sent to your registered email.

Q2:What to do if I forgot password?

A2:Kindly use the Forgot Password button at upper right corner to reset your password, an email with the link for reset password will be sent to your registered email.

Q3:Why my account is being locked?

A3:If your password already expired, within 30 days the account will be locked and user will not able to login.

If you enter wrong password and reaching the password attempt of 3 times,account will be locked and user will not able to login.

Recovery Method: use the Forgot Password button to reset your password and follow instruction sent to your email.

Q4:What to do if my account is being locked?

A4:Kindly use the Forgot Password button at upper right corner to reset your password and unlock the account, an email with the link for reset password will be sent to your registered email.

Q5:Why my account is disabled/inactive

A5:If your password already expired for more than 30 days, your account will be in disabled/inactive status.

Email notification will be sent to the user 7 days before the account is being disabled.

Q6:What to do if my account is disabled/inactive?

A6:Kindly use the Support link to submit an account reactivation request, select Support Type "Request for re-activate account" , select correct contact window and fill up necessary information.

After submission kindly wait for the approval status.

Q7:Why my account is being deleted?

A7:If your password already expired, within 120 days if no action taken on unlock or re-activate the account, that account will be deleted, user will need to re-register again.

Email notification will be sent to the user 14 days before the account is being deleted.
